The company MERIT GROUP a.s. offers a wide range of services, especially in the fields of information and communication technologies and systems for customers of companies and institutions. At present, we are one of the key suppliers in Olomouc region offering a complex range of products and services in the above fields.
Our permanent philosophy is to give the customer all, what he needs, to help him to choose from our varied offer the products that will serve him to his entire satisfaction.
As a competent system integrator we supply our clients with a complex of technical and programme products and services being connected with them and we guarantee their mutual interconnection. We are able to perform it owing to our certified specialists being able to create information strategy, to propose global architecture of information systems (IS) / information and communication technologies (ICT), to control projects and deliveries of HW and SW as well as to solve their mutual connections.
Our consultancy, analyses, services and solutions contribute to optimization of information, business and organisation processes considerably.
The company MERIT GROUP a.s. is also a supplier of “key-ready” investment units in the fields of tenement and industrial housings, rebuilding and renewal of buildings, line structures (cable ducts, optical routes etc.), environmental buildings, diversions of line structures, cable distributions and power distributions. We are able to ensure document processing for planning proceedings, document processing for building permission, document processing for implementation of buildings, supplier's documentation processing, performing engineering and investor activities in the field of building preparation and implementation as well as surveying works.
History
The trade name MERIT and subsequently also the registered trade mark appeared on the market of information, communication and security systems in the year 1991 for the first time, when the first limited company was established. In the course of time, further companies came into being and they specialized in one special part of the existing portfolio.
In the year 1996 the joint-stock company MERIT GROUP a.s. was founded, which is a successor to the whole majority of activities and business activities of the previous companies. Regarding a very dynamically developing environment, in which the company works, especially with regard to new and new technologies, the company is adapting to this trend very quickly and is breaking into new and new fields of its today's common activity. At the same time, it was growing rather dynamically, up to the year 2002 it had 30 employees and its regular annual turnover amounted to approx. 40 millions.
After this period, the most evident and various development of the company continues. In the years 2003–2008, it builds its own headquarters, employs 60 employees and the annual turnover of the company exceeds 100 millions.
